Similar to other parent led organizations in the district, CPCFRO Athletics has a board consisting of members from each elementary school in District 102.  The CPCFRO Athletics programs fall under the umbrella of the Board of Education of District 102.  It operates under the CPCFRO by-laws and adheres to a budget approved by the district.
